Based upon project scope we will provide Schematic Design.  Plans, elevations, orientation of spaces and character studies.  Client approval and budget review, code compliance and site integration. Design Development.

Construction Documents include drawings and Specifications for Bidding and Permit Submission.

Once Construction Bid is awarded we can assist in Contract Administration, Site Visits to ensure compliance with Construction Documents
